How to pay
Open the payment window
After placing your order, the payment window opens automatically. You can also click Complete payment on the order page.
Choose a coin
Tap a popular coin or search by name or network, for example
usdtortrc20.
Choose the network
For coins on several networks, pick the network you'll send from. Networks marked Low fee are the cheapest to send on.
Get your payment address
Click Get payment address. You'll see the exact amount, the address (and memo or tag when the coin needs one), a QR code and a countdown.
Send the exact amount
Copy the amount and address, or scan the QR code with your wallet, and send.
The amount shown must arrive in full. If your wallet or exchange takes its fee from what you send, add the fee on top. Otherwise the payment arrives short and you'll need to pay the difference.
Only send the coin on the network shown. USDT sent on the wrong network can't be recovered.
After you send
The window switches to a Payment received screen as soon as your transaction appears on the blockchain, showing how much arrived, the transaction hash and the confirmation progress.
Once confirmed, your order moves to Awaiting delivery and your receipt arrives by email. You can close the window at any time; the order updates on its own.

Quote expiry
On bigger orders the exchange rate is locked for about 10 minutes. On smaller orders the quote stays valid for longer. If it expires before you send, click Get new amount for a fresh quote, or Change coin. Don't send to an expired address.
Minimum amounts
Some coins have a minimum payment because of network fees (Bitcoin, for example). If your order is below it, the coin shows its minimum and you can pick another.
Troubleshooting
I sent the payment but nothing happened
Payments appear once they reach the blockchain, usually within a minute. Bitcoin can take longer. If nothing shows after 30 minutes, open a ticket with your order ID and transaction hash.
My exchange sent less than I entered
Exchanges often deduct a withdrawal fee. You'll see a partial payment notice and can pay the rest. See Underpaid or partial payments.
I sent on the wrong network
Open a ticket straight away with the transaction hash. Some networks can be recovered, but not all.
