Payment security
How your payments are protected, and what we never see.
We designed payments so that Scarnox never handles your card details or wallet keys.
Crypto
Crypto payments go through NOWPayments, a regulated crypto payment processor. You send from your own wallet to a one-time address created for your order. We never see your wallet, its balance, or anything except the payment to that address.
Cards and PayPal
Card and PayPal payments happen on PayPal's side. We receive a confirmation that you paid, never your card number or PayPal login.
UPI
UPI payments go from your bank to ours through your UPI app. We only see the amount, the reference and the name your bank shares.
What we store
For each payment we keep the amount, currency, method, time and (for crypto) the transaction hash. That's what appears on your receipt and invoice.
On our side
- The whole site runs over HTTPS
- Admin access requires Discord sign-in from an approved account
- Payment confirmations from NOWPayments are cryptographically signed and checked on every update
