Order statuses
What each order status means and what happens next.
Every order moves through a few statuses. Here's what each one means.
Normal progression
Needs Market IDs → Awaiting payment → Awaiting delivery → In progress → CompletedStatus reference
| Status | What it means | What you do |

| Needs Market IDs | Invoice created, listings not added yet | Add your Market IDs and place the order |
| Awaiting payment | Order placed, price held for 24 hours | Pay from the order page |
| Awaiting delivery | Paid and in the delivery queue | Keep your listings up |
| In progress | We're buying your listings | Watch them get delivered |
| Completed | Everything delivered | Enjoy your coins |
| Failed | We couldn't complete it (reason shown) | Read the reason, or open a ticket |
| Cancelled | Cancelled before delivery | Nothing, or place a new order |
While paying with crypto
The payment window shows its own steps: Waiting for your payment, Confirming on the blockchain, then Paid. If less than the full amount arrives, you'll see a partial payment notice and can pay the rest. See Underpaid or partial payments.
Unpaid invoices expire
Invoices that aren't paid within 24 hours are deleted automatically. Nothing is charged. We send a reminder email a few hours before.
Listing states
Inside an order, each listing has its own state:
- Queued / Awaiting delivery: waiting to be bought
- Delivered: bought, coins are in your balance
- New ID needed: we couldn't buy it; see Fix a Market ID
