Delivery times

We deliver up to 300M per day. Every order shows an estimated delivery date before you pay, and the date is confirmed when payment lands.

#Delivery estimates

For orders above 300M, one extra day is added if another order of the same size is already waiting in the queue.

#How the queue works

Paid orders are delivered in the order they were paid. Big orders are delivered in parts across their delivery days, so you'll often see coins arrive well before the estimated date.

#Delivery updates

• Order placed email with your estimated date
• Delivery started email when we begin buying your listings
• Delivery update emails as listings are bought (at most one every 20 minutes)
• Delivered email with your final PDF invoice

If a date changes, you'll get an email with the new date and the reason.

#Sold out and restocks

If we're out of stock, checkout closes and you can join the restock list from the homepage. We'll email you the moment we're back.
