How Scarnox uses the information it collects, and your choices.
To deliver your orders
Your Market IDs tell us which listings to buy; your order history powers your dashboard, receipts and invoices.
To keep your account secure
Sign-in records let us warn you about sign-ins from new networks and help you spot anything unusual.
To talk to you
We send order emails, security alerts and replies to your tickets. Promotional emails are off unless you turn them on in Settings.
To prevent fraud
We check payments and orders for abuse, and may suspend accounts involved in fraud or chargebacks.
Sharing
We share only what's needed: payment details with the payment processor you choose, and nothing with advertisers. We don't sell your data.
Retention
Unpaid invoices are deleted after 24 hours. Order records are kept for accounting and support. You can ask us to delete your account by opening a ticket; records we must keep for accounting are retained only as long as required.
