Underpaid or partial payments

Sometimes less than the full amount arrives, usually because a wallet or exchange took its fee from the amount sent. Nothing is lost: you just pay the difference.

#How you'll know

• The payment window shows Payment received with how much arrived, for example "64% of the amount arrived"
• Once confirmed, it shows Partial payment received with the remaining amount in dollars
• We email you with the amount received and what's still due

#Pay the rest

1. Open the payment window

   Click Complete payment on your order page, or the link in the email.

2. Click "Pay the remaining"

   You'll get a new quote for just the remaining amount. You can use the same coin or a different one.

3. Send it

   Send the new amount. When it confirms, your order moves to Awaiting delivery.

#Overpayments

If more than the full amount arrives, your order completes normally. Open a ticket if you'd like the difference refunded.
